• $ 28 hr.

The Material Expeditor ensures on-time availability of purchased materials by monitoring purchase orders (POs), driving suppliermitments, and accelerating deliveries to support production schedules. Key Responsibilities Clear and update late POs; drive recovery plans with suppliers. Expedite materials below safety stock to restore inventory levels. Confirm inbound shipments and maintain accurate ERP delivery dates. Re-engage dormant suppliers and run weekly supplier status calls. Publish shortage/expedite updates and partner with Procurement and Planning. Qualifications 3+ years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, or Planning. Experience expediting with suppliers/carriers. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel/Sheets. Strongmunication and follow-through. Preferred Experience with supplier re-activation or remediation. Knowledge of inventory parameters (safety stock, min/max, lead times). Familiarity with BI/reporting tools. Understanding of logistics modes and premium freight. Trumbull, CT location

Pay Details:
