Shift Starting Pay:
$24.94 per hour What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Adhere to all attendance, quality, and safety guidelines. Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects Toro's values and policies, promoting a positive and respectful workplace. Perform assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, and assist fellow employees as needed to ensure workflow continuity. Operate a powered industrial vehicle. Conduct periodic operator inspections and maintenance of an assigned powered industrial vehicle (PIV) and other assigned equipment. Must possess the ability to complete training and certification for operating PIVs at elevated heights and comply with all fall protection safety requirements. Familiar with Toro inventory management systems and processes. Retrieve materials from receiving, pick locations, or bulk locations Verify part numbers, descriptions, and quantities are correct Accurately count, pick, repack, and label materials according to PFEP standards and processes (e.g., pick sheets, Kanban, electronic orders, tickets etc.). Use scales to count and weigh material as needed. Use bar code readers. Print tickets and apply part number labels, ensuring all required information is entered accurately. Perform material movements in SAP, ensuring system accuracy aligns with physical inventory. Physically transport material and bins to assigned production lines or staging areas using powered industrial vehicles and other material handling equipment. Move freight of all types between trailers, loading docks, all material storage locations, and production areas. Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or process issues promptly to facilitators or supervisors. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area consistent with 5S and EHS standards. Actively participate in Kaizen, ISO, and continuous improvement initiatives to support Toro's operational excellence and lean manufacturing goals. Participate in and support process improvements within assigned areas to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. Other duties as assigned. What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in material handling, warehouse operations, use of powered industrial vehicles, or manufacturing support required. Basic computer system knowledge. Ability to lift, carry, and handle up to 45 lbs regularly. Able to maintain OSHA certification to operate powered industrial vehicles. Routine standing, walking, and manual handling of material. Visual ability to verify part numbers, labels, and counts. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to follow standardized work, processes and maintain safety and quality compliance. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support continuous improvement.

Working Conditions and Exposures:
Working conditions vary. Exposures include moving equipment/machinery, noise, vibration, heat, and some moderate climate variability. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): This position requires the use of PPE. Safety glasses, hearing protection, footwear with steel-toe and metatarsal guards. Other PPE may be task specific or required based on the job or department: gloves, face shield, high visibility vest, FR clothing, respirator, etc. Training on PPE standards, use, and hazard awareness will be provided.
