We are seeking a dependable Material Handler who can support warehouse operations both indoors and outdoors. Position Overview As a Material Handler , you will play a key role in daily warehouse operations, material movement, and facility upkeep. This position requires working in all weather conditions—rain, snow, heat—and performing hands‑on tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, restacking pallets, inventory counts, and manual material handling. The ideal Material Handler is safety‑focused, hardworking, and comfortable with physical labor. Responsibilities Maintain warehouse cleanliness through shoveling, sweeping, and debris removal Stack 40 lb. bags onto pallets and assist with pallet wrapping Ensure packaging lines are stocked with empty pallets and report inventory levels Operate stretch‑wrapper equipment and replace stretch film as needed Place palletized bags into inventory with accuracy and care Support plant cleanliness by restacking materials, removing debris, and washing equipment Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions to support overall warehouse operations Requirements Prior warehouse experience required Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift and stack 40 lb. bags safely Forklift experience preferred
