Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our shipping team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement, storage, and organization of materials within our warehouse. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, shipping and receiving, and materials handling will ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of components. Duties Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment while adhering to OSHA safety standards Prepare materials for shipment by packing, labeling, and staging orders for delivery or production use Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and maintaining organized storage areas Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all materials handling activities Support shipping & receiving functions by verifying inbound/outbound shipments and documenting transactions Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, or related roles Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, crane systems, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and tools is highly desirable Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse operations Experience in construction or heavy lifting environments is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in materials handling tasks We value safety, precision, and teamwork — helping you grow your career while contributing to our commitment to excellence.
