In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing materials, ensuring smooth flow of raw materials and finished products, and supporting the overall production process. Essential Duties Responsible for the efficient movement, preparation and management of bulk raw materials within the injection molding facility. Operate and monitor material handling equipment including dryers, blenders, loaders, conveying systems and moisture analyzers. Perform material changes, including purging, cleaning, and verifictions of hoppers, dryers, and loaders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas (5Sstandards) with added emphasis on safety compliance and various other duties Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, demonstrated human relations skills, history of success through collaborative project/teams, and positive participation in a team environment. Experience using forklift/hilo in a manufacturing environment Must have high school deploma or GED equivalent Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and written Must be able to physically lift up to 50lbs and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal/state standards Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position
