• Shipping Associate Entegris is currently seeking a Material Handler
• Shipping Associate to join our Advanced Purity Solutions Division in San Luis Obispo, CA.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations through a combination or selection of activities below including supporting manufacturing, transferring and storing, utility, picking activities, packaging and palletizing goods, and other related duties as assigned. This position is expected to always operate in a safe manner and comply with all applicable work instructions.

What You'll Do:

Bin to bin / SAP moves SLOC to SLOC of finished goods Creating deliveries. Post Goods Issue of deliveries. Creating/entering cycle count. Creating ARIBA and purchase requisitions. Processing Dangerous Goods shipments through the UPS and FedEx operating systems. Conducting and monitoring physical counts for Logistics supplies. Organizing and scheduling Dangerous Goods shipments with Freight carriers. Training new employees on basic SAP transactions. Forklift operation. Ability to provide weight/dimensions for freight quote purposes. Process shipments to satisfy internal and external customer requirements. Accessing and following departmental ISO Procedures and Work Instructions. Assist with boxing and crating. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Work as a team. Any other duties as assigned.

What We Seek:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous warehousing experience preferred. UPS/FedEx experience preferred. International shipping experience is desirable. Dangerous goods experience is desirable. Ability to lift and/or move up to 40lbs daily. Ability to climb ladders and be on your feet for extended periods of time. Astute attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Ability to perform visual checks and handle material responsibly. Ability to use a computer and learn basic data entry. Compensation:

$22-23 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role. Annual bonus eligibility. 3 weeks of vacation to take the time you need to recharge.
