Job Description

MaxPax, LLC in Walworth, WI is seeking a self-motivated and professional material handler to join our growing team in the warehouse department on first shift.
Shift:
Monday - Friday 6am-4pm (Fridays if needed)
Salary:
Starting pay $14 (based on experience) plus $1 bonus premium for attendance
Benefits:

K, PTO, Referral Bonus, Attendance Bonus Premium, Buddy System Bonus Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials/products
  • Keep lines replenished as needed
  • Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas
  • Operate a scan gun to move materials to and from proper locations
  • Identify and label materials, and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory
  • Put inbound away to warehouse locations
  • Execute any tasks delegated by shipping clerk, inventory specialist, and warehouse manager/supervisor
  • Discard cardboard into compactor
  • Wrap pallets and put finished goods pallets into corresponding shipping lanes Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-4 years' experience working in the warehouse department
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Must be able to work well in a team
  • Ability to read, write and follow instructions and work independently with little guidance
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials
  • Ability to operate RF Scanner guns and relevant warehouse management computer software
  • Bilingual a plus!
Physical Demands:
Required to lift to 50 lbs. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
Work Environment:
Work performed in a combination of shop and office environments. Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
