Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Materials Manager to lead our supply chain and inventory operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee procurement, inventory control, and logistics processes to ensure seamless production flow. Your expertise in ERP systems and continuous improvement methodologies will drive efficiency and optimize material management across our manufacturing facilities. ________________________________________ What You'll Do As the Manager of Materials, Planning & Logistics, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring every product and part gets where it needs to be — on time, every time.
You will:
Own product launch logistics
  • manage all material and supply chain aspects of new product introductions and engineering changes. Champion maintenance readiness
  • collaborate with engineering to plan preventive maintenance and keep assets running at peak performance. Be the voice of the customer
  • oversee customer portals, uphold all logistics requirements, and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded. Deliver with precision
  • monitor delivery performance, follow up on requirements, and ensure service part orders are scheduled, produced, and shipped flawlessly. Lead continuous improvement
  • drive cross-functional initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and optimized material flow to boost efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance & safety
  • uphold OSHA standards, PPE requirements, and promote a safety-first culture. Drive financial discipline
  • manage departmental budgeting and optimize resources for maximum impact. Inspire collaboration
  • lead and mentor teams while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to achieve operational excellence.
________________________________________ What We're Looking For We want a bold, experienced professional who is not just managing logistics — but transforming it. Education & Experience o Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). o Experience in material control and production scheduling. o Leading material control teams directly. o SAP expertise is a must. o
APICS CPIM
certification strongly desired.
