What You Will Do:
The Materials Supervisor -2nd Shift will lead and manage 2nd shift hourly materials team including material handlers, crib attendants and detail/high-rise. Ensure timely material availability in support of manufacturing operations Support daily site level second shift turnover and parts review. Analyze commit compliance for critical material and identify risks to production schedules and customer delivery Maintain material organization and flow on the shop floor to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations Provide input to Delivery Assurance regarding manufacturing inhibitors and recovery Collaborate regularly with Quality, Supply Chain Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams Apply CORE (Pratt & Whitney Operating System) principles and champion Lean manufacturing initiatives Support continuous improvement efforts across value stream operationsWhat You Will Learn:
