About Us Cascade Lodge, a residential treatment center, helps adolescent boys struggling with severe anxiety develop confidence, resilience, and the skills to embrace life fully. We serve boys ages 13-18, guiding them through challenges that stem from anxiety, life experiences, thought patterns, distress tolerance, and relationship dynamics. Our dedicated treatment team creates personalized plans to address each of these areas. With a small, intentionally capped enrollment of 26 boys, Cascade Lodge is located in Huntsville, Utah. We are looking for a certified full-time Math Teacher to join our team. This role involves implementing academic plans, supervising students, and facilitating both online and direct instruction in small, on-site classrooms. Teachers at Cascade Lodge play a key role in supporting students' educational growth while modeling healthy behaviors.

Responsibilities:

Develop lesson plans with the support of the Academic Director Grade assignments and assessments Maintain an organized, structured classroom environment Engage students in active learning and discussion Monitor and report on student progress Create and administer tests and homework assignments Foster a positive and supportive learning experience

Qualifications:

MUST HOLD OR BE ELIGIBLE TO HOLD A UTAH STATE TEACHING CERTIFICATION

Certification in Mathematics Minimum 2 years of teaching experience Strong communication and instructional skills Ability to adapt to students' varying skill levels State board certification required Must pass a background check Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills
