Job Description:

Data Engineer (Matillion) - Onsite | Massachusetts We're partnering with a growing, data-driven organization in Massachusetts that's investing heavily in its cloud data platform and looking to bring on a Data Engineer with Matillion experience . This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in building and optimizing modern data pipelines that power analytics, reporting, and business intelligence across the organization. What You'll Be Doing Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Matillion (ETL/ELT) Integrate data from multiple sources into cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability Collaborate with data analysts, BI teams, and business stakeholders to support reporting needs Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across datasets Participate in architecture discussions and help drive best practices for data engineering What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in data engineering or ETL development Hands-on experience with Matillion (required) Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments Experience with additional tools like dbt, Python, or Airflow is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Additional Details ????
