From freshly brewed McCafé coffee to our signature flavored Frappés—and exciting new beverages launching in May 2026—you'll be the expert behind every delicious drink our guests love. Key Responsibilities Prepare all McCafé beverages, including brewed coffee, espresso-based drinks, Frappés, and upcoming specialty menu items. Follow McDonald's beverage recipes and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy. Manage multiple drink orders at once while maintaining speed and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with the front counter, drive‑thru, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth order flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked beverage station at all times. Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and assist with general restaurant tasks as needed. Uphold all McDonald's food safety and sanitation procedures. Requirements Strong attention to detail —especially when preparing specialty and customized beverages. Ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a busy, fast‑paced environment. Comfortable handling specialty orders and following precise recipes. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new beverage procedures and menu items.
