  • Residential Treatment Program, in Boardman, Oregon beginning with the 2026-27 school year.
Candidate must possess or be able to obtain full Oregon licensure with proper endorsements and must be Highly Qualified. Dual General Ecucation and Special Education Licensure Preferred. Projected starting date August 28, 2026.
Summary:
The Residential Treatment Teacher provides a full range of education services for up to thirteen at-risk elementary age students at Community Counseling Solutions' Residential Treatment Facility in Boardman, Oregon. Students are receiving mental health services and are experiencing significant behavioral, social and academic difficulties. The combined mental health and educational goal is to successfully transition students back to their home school.
Education/Licensure/Experience:
  • General Education Elementary/Middle Level License
  • Valid Oregon Special Educator license preferred
  • Prior successful teaching experience with emotional/behavioral disorder students is preferred
  • Experience in an educational program for at-risk students and experience working with multiple agencies preferred Morrow County is located in rural north central Oregon, bordered on the north by the Columbia River and timbered by the Umatilla National Forest on the southern border. There are 9 campuses, approximately 2200 students and 320 staff.

  • 171 Licensed Staff Days.
