Job Description
Land & Sea Detailing is a yacht maintenance, detailing and cleaning business based out of Baltimore. We are searching for individuals to join our team to wash, detail, wax and ceramic coat the exterior of our client's boats around Baltimore Inner Harbor, Annapolis, Middle River, Pasadena, Severna Park, etc. We continually travel a maximum of 30 miles outside of Baltimore but it is considered our home base. This is a full-time position with hours each week being at 40 but may fluctuate depending on weather. Our standard working hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 PM. Weekend work is not common nor required and overtime pay is readily available. Pay is bi-weekly with direct deposit to bank account. We also offer a competitive Carefirst health insurance plan for full-time employees along with paid-time-off and annual bonuses. The job duties are physical with continual movement on your feet. While the task of cleaning and maintaining yachts is straight forward, applicants must be detailed oriented while being able to withstand a physically demanding job outdoors. Prior experience isn't a requirement but being able to work in a manual labor workplace is. Our working season spans from now until the end of January which is when we're shrink wrapping boats.
