MDS Coordinator in Training Designed for PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs Ready for the Next Step Are you a therapy professional looking to grow beyond direct treatment and expand your impact in skilled nursing care? If you are ready for a change, we are willing to train! We are seeking a motivated MDS Coordinator in Training to join our team and learn the clinical, reimbursement, and regulatory side of post-acute care. Compensation based on experience! This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed therapy professional who wants to transition into leadership, interdisciplinary care coordination, and Medicare/PDPM management while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
