Some are constantly scrambling. Some burn through staff. Some talk about quality more than they actually live it. This isn't one of them. A highly regarded Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in the North Towns of Western New York is looking for an experienced MDS RN who wants to work in a building where clinical standards matter, teamwork still exists, and leadership understands the value of doing things the right way. We are seeking someone who takes pride in accuracy, understands the financial and clinical impact of MDS, and wants to be part of a respected team — not just fill a seat.

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating and completing MDS assessments Supporting accurate reimbursement and regulatory compliance Collaborating with nursing, therapy, dietary, and interdisciplinary teams Reviewing documentation for Medicare and managed care accuracy Helping maintain strong clinical outcomes and survey readiness Contributing to individualized resident care planning

What We're Looking For:

Current NYS RN License MDS experience in skilled nursing preferred Knowledge of PPS, OBRA, Medicare, and case mix reimbursement Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Someone who is organized, accountable, and team-oriented

Compensation:
