Share Meat RBU, Hourly Support 2, Product Business Development - Lakeland 37327BR Lakeland, FL Department Product Business Development Description The purpose of this position is to support Meat operations, and provide assistance, if needed, to other categories within the Meat and Seafood Retail Business Unit (RBU). The responsibilities listed on this position analysis are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities include:

maintaining all items and related transactions in PIMS and Marwood handling a wide variety of communications for Meat operations for creating and updating several reports that the CM and Buyer can make decisions on pricing and procurement Enter and adjust PO entry into Marwood Assist category team with scheduling meetings and supplier communications Required Qualifications High School Diploma, or its equivalent 1 year of clerical experience Knowledge of Outlook Knowledge of Excel/Word Knowledge of PowerPoint Knowledge of PIMS and Marwood Knowledge of PPMS Knowledge of general office procedures (clerical) Written and verbal communication Multi-tasking and prioritization skills Detail orientation skills Interpersonal skills Willingness to work a variable schedule and extended hours Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and familiarity with the Publix Vendor Package Hours of Work Minimum 40 Hours Per Week Frequency of Pay Weekly Minimum Base Pay 16.30 Maximum Base Pay 22.60 Potential Annual Base Pay 33,904 - 47,008 Year End Bonus To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.
