Mechanic

We are looking for an experienced

• A-Level Technician
• who takes pride in doing things the right way — accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, strong communication, and professionalism.

We are a steadily busy, growing shop focused on honesty, craftsmanship, and building a strong long-term team culture. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a shop that values quality work, consistency, and teamwork over chaos and shortcuts. What We're Looking For an experienced technician who can:

• Perform advanced electrical and computerized networking diagnostic
• Perform repairs independently
• Accurately identify drivability, electrical, suspension, and mechanical issues
• Follow proper diagnostic procedures and torque specifications instead of guessing
• Clearly document findings and repair notes
• Communicate professionally with the service writer and team
• Stay organized and manage workflow efficiently
• Take pride in workmanship and customer trust

Requirements:

• Strong diagnostic ability
• Professional repair experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to test drive and verify concerns properly
• Ability to document labor, parts, and repair notes accurately
• Dependable attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Have own tool box and tools.

Must have formal schooling or dealer level or ASE certifications..

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation based on experience and ability. Flat Rate Available with consistent work flow available Additional benefits/perks may include:

$52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
