Hourly Summary The Booneville Fleet Maintenance team is looking to add to its team. ProVia's private fleet of trucks and trailers continues to grow, and the need for qualified technicians is growing as well. This candidate will need to be well versed in the repair of semi tractors, and trailers as well as tire mounting and balancing. The candidate must also uphold and represent ProVia's Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Repair of semi-trucks and semi-trailers. Reading diagnostics and diagnosing repairs from the findings. Complete tire service

• mounting, balancing, rotations, and alignment. Knowledge and Skills Requirements Minimum of 3 years of commercial repair of tractors and trailers. Diagnostic experience and troubleshooting experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial tire industry. Willing to work unique hours (After hours call-in, weekends) Communication Skills Verbal/Nonverbal
