Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help keep production running smoothly, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and high-voltage electrical components. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, precision measuring instruments, ohmmeters, ammeters, and other analysis tools. Repair or replace faulty parts such as motors, belts, valves, and hydraulic systems to restore equipment functionality. Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system manuals to troubleshoot complex machinery problems. Operate field service vehicles and tools like scissor lifts to access elevated or hard-to-reach equipment safely. Maintain accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking repairs and scheduled inspections. Collaborate with the team on industrial maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Requirements Proven industrial mechanic experience in a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and industrial electrician skills. Knowledge of hydraulics, welding (including <

> welding), HVAC/R systems, and low/high voltage electrical work. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters, ammeters, and other analysis tools effectively. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and documentation purposes. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and field service clients. Ability to work safely at heights using equipment like scissor lifts and handle high-voltage electrical systems responsibly. Experience working in military or industrial environments is a plus; candidates should demonstrate analysis skills and mechanical knowledge essential for industrial maintenance roles.
