What You'll Do You'll be part of a skilled and supportive crew responsible for keeping our equipment and customer fleets in top shape.

You'll:

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Remove, disassemble, rebuild, and reassemble key components Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs Order and install correct replacement parts Test, adjust, and prep machines before delivery Maintain accurate service reports and inspections Stay current on new tools and technologies What You Bring We're looking for experienced techs who take pride in their work and can stay cool under pressure.

You should have:

High school diploma or GED (required) 3+ years of experience working on heavy equipment Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (electrical, hydraulic, etc.) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work with a hands-on approach Confidence working independently, with team support when you need it Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) A personal tool inventory that helps you get the job done Bonus if you have: An Associate's degree in a related field Certifications related to heavy equipment or diesel mechanics
