Mechanical Assembler Full Time, Day Shift 6am-2:30pm $20-25 Industrial Engineering Company Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler that is responsible for building products and kits using engineering drawings and hand tools. Requires mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble products using engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly procedures Use hand tools safely and accurately during assembly Inspect, clean, and polish finished products before shipping Compile and organize kits using Bills of Materials (BOMs) Verify measurements, hardware, labels, and machined components Assist with shipping paperwork and loading/unloading shipments Operate a forklift after certification/training Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production Required Qualifications 1-2 years of machine builder or assembly experience preferred Ability to read engineering prints and work orders Strong mechanical aptitude and measurement skills Familiarity with metric measurements
