Mechanical Assemblers -$21-25/hr

JOB SUMMARY

The Mechanical Assembler performs mechanical assembly tasks. This role requires previous experience assembling electro-mechanical components.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Interpret assembly drawings and documentation (BOMs, exploded views, ECNs). Assemble mechanical subassemblies with PCBAs and wire harnesses into enclosures. Apply torque specifications correctly using calibrated tools. Conduct in-process checks for proper hardware installation and alignment. Support troubleshooting and rework of minor mechanical issues.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

Communicates regularly with Manufacturing Engineers and Quality Technicians. Provides feedback on work instruction clarity and improvement opportunities. Works closely with team members to ensure production deadlines are met. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Proficiency in reading English technical documents and communicating in verbal/written form.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical instructions.
• Use of torque drivers, calipers, and ESD-compliant tools.
• Understanding of revision control, BOM structures, and ERP systems.

REASONING ABILITY

• Ability to identify mechanical mismatches, escalate problems, and offer solutions.

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
