Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Lead specializing in Aluminum! In this energetic role, you will oversee the assembly process within our manufacturing facility, ensuring that aluminum components are assembled efficiently, accurately, and safely. Your leadership will drive productivity on the assembly line, coordinate with team members, and uphold quality standards to deliver exceptional products. Duties Supervise daily assembly operations on the aluminum assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules Lead and motivate a team of assemblers, providing guidance on proper use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical techniques Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including forklift operation safety and proper handling of materials in the factory setting Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to maintain high standards and identify any defects or issues early Coordinate with warehouse staff for timely supply of raw materials and removal of finished products Train new team members on assembly procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and inventory logs Requirements Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly tasks Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools and power tools for assembly work Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with forklift operation is highly desirable Knowledge of assembly line processes within a manufacturing setting, especially involving aluminum components Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and productivity Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Join us to lead a dedicated team in producing top-quality aluminum assemblies!
