Full-Time, Non-Exempt Position Overview:

We are looking for assemblers to work 1st shift who have a background in assembly and/or construction. This role involves building and assembling large equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general sheet metal and mechanical assembly Read and follow assembly drawings/prints Use hand tools such as drills, ratchets, and impact wrenches Operate lifts (Skyjack) and cranes Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

Assembly and/or construction background required Ability to read blueprints/prints Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable working at heights (no fear of heights) Good teamwork and communication skills

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of recent, consistent work history Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to stand for long periods Frequent bending, kneeling, and working overhead Must wear safety shoes
