Mechanical Assembly Technician M-F 5a-1:30p $19-$20 per hour SUMMARY Assembles electrical and mechanical components according to the information provided to produce a quality festoon system product by performing the following duties. Have 1-3 years of experience with assembly is a plus. Have experience operating drills, impacts, grinder and basic hand tools. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following Mechanical assembly of various size structural and electrical components. Electrical installations according to wiring specifications. Operate necessary tools, as listed on the job description, to aid in the assembly of festoon systems. Connects color-coded wires. Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervisor or engineer to clarify assembly problems. Manufacturing consultant to engineering and sales department concerning design problems. Responsible for checking the accuracy of engineering, sales and manufacturing offices' input to ensure customer final product is correct and within quality acceptance guidelines. Any changes or corrections must be communicated to appropriate departments so future product output is consistent with customer expectations. Through actions and decision-making, proactively supports, promotes, and improves the quality system and policy throughout the organization. Understands, supports, implements and sustains 5S program initiatives and goals. Upholds and supports the quality and EHS policy. Upholds Core Values. Other duties may be assigned.
