Full-time Job Description:

Versa-Fab, Inc is an industry leader in quality machining and fabrication. We partner with customers to design and manufacture products. Versa-Fab is seeking a Mechanical Engineer.

This position will:

Work with the Engineering Manager to plan, manage, and execute projects from idea formation through completion. Provide support to the operations group. Utilize computer integrated manufacturing and poke-yoke techniques. Conduct equipment and process capability studies. Program CNC equipment and develop tooling/fixture specifications. Collaborate with the engineering team.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing operation. Experience with Microsoft Excel, CAD/Solid Modeling, ERP/MRP software. Design and drafting experience. Lean manufacturing experience a plus. A solid understanding of metallurgy, steel forging, and machining a plus.
