  • Primary Responsibilities.
  • + Create and maintain Technical Data Package (TDP) artifacts, including drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and specifications.
+ Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) in accordance with
ASME Y14.5
standards. + Revise existing designs and develop new designs to enhance producibility and process efficiency. + Collaborate within integrated product teams (IPTs) to support drawing updates and production efforts. + Support production activities, including troubleshooting mechanical issues and assisting with corrective actions. + Assist in dispositioning non-conformances and supporting root cause and corrective action (RCCA) activities. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. + Independently manage tasks and projects with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Basic Qualifications.
  • + Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited institution with 2+ years of relevant experience.
+ Proficiency with CAD tools such as Creo, CATIA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks. + Experience working within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments. + Basic understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and tolerance stack-up analysis. + Understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and configuration management processes. + Experience supporting issue resolution in a production environment. + Willingness to facilitate technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including design, peer, and tabletop reviews. + Strong attention-to-detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and in team environments. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred Qualifications.
  • + Active security clearance.
+ Experience supporting DoD programs related to missile systems, reentry vehicles, or hypersonic technologies. + Prior work in assembly, integration, or testing of missile systems. + Experience supporting rapid development, prototyping, or fast-paced engineering programs. + Familiarity with AS9100 aerospace quality management systems. + Knowledge of
MIL-STD-31000
Technical Data Package (TDP) development. + Experience creating engineering drawings using PTC Creo and managing data in Windchill. + Understanding of cost, schedule, and programmatic impacts associated with engineering deliverables.   • Pay Range $69,550.
