They promote from within and have lots of people who have been with the business for 20+ years. In this role, you will play a key role on new product development for a variety of plastic products. You will be working multiple design projects from cradle to grave simultaneously. This role is an 80/20 split between desk and production floor work, with up to 10% travel to other local sites. This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer with plastics experience, looking to take a technical lead at a growing business on a variety of innovative projects from conception to completion.
