Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $40 .00/hr- $44 .00/hr . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• BSc/MSc in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience with 3D CAD software and technical documentation
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and optimizing assembly processes
• Strong background in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
• Experience with production tooling and fixture design
• Process validation and quality control methodology expertise
• Project management and cross-functional team leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
• Experience with time study and line balancing techniques
• Industrial automation and robotics integration experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Experience with Agile project management tools and methodologies
• Background in quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
