This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including high-end residential, K-12, commercial, civil, and municipal—within a collaborative, quality-driven environment. Position Summary The Licensed Mechanical Engineer will lead the design and execution of mechanical systems across multiple project types, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, code-compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical system design and project execution across varied construction projects Develop and review plans, specifications, and technical documentation Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements Key Qualifications Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required Several years of experience in mechanical engineering within the AEC/construction industry Broad project experience across multiple sectors (not limited to one specialty) Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a client-facing environment Compensation Base salary up to $180,000 , depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Benefits 100% employer-paid health insurance (employee) + dental 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Mileage reimbursement and covered business-related expenses Continuing education support for licensing Contact For more information or to be considered, please apply or send your resume to
