May 18, 2026 : Job Summary The role operates across the full engineering lifecycle, from concept and design through manufacturing, installation, and operational support, contributing to system-level solutions that support project execution, manufacturing efficiency, and commercial activities. A strong analytical mindset is essential to evaluate technical alternatives, risks, and impacts, ensuring robust, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. In this role, you will lead the design and development of complex mechanical products and systems, ensuring technical accuracy, standardization, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with designers, engineers, project managers, customers, and sales teams, providing technical leadership throughout project execution and proposal phases. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Plan, manage, and self-monitor daily engineering activities with a high level of autonomy. Lead and support new product development activities from concept through design, validation, manufacturing, and implementation. Provide engineering management and technical guidance to the mechanical engineering team, ensuring alignment on priorities, workload, quality standards, and project deliverables. Monitor and control engineering costs, timelines, and technical risks. Provide engineering judgment and problem-solving support on complex technical issues. Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, tools, and ways of working. Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, operations, and manufacturing teams. Communicate technical concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education and Professional Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, with 8-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a comparable industrial environment. Solid experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, working on complex mechanical systems, preferably related to water or fluid treatment applications, including the development and interpretation of P&ID drawings. Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures, with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams alongside designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
