Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on construction projects involving piping, structural steel, and mechanical scopes Plan and execute daily work activities in alignment with project schedules and safety requirements Read, interpret, and layout work from construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain productivity and quality standards Enforce all company and client safety policies, setting the example for safe work practices Communicate effectively with project management, field supervision, and crew members Maintain quality control and ensure work is completed to project specifications Support mobilization, demobilization, and site coordination efforts Assist other Tricon branches or project sites when required What We Are Looking For 4-6 years of construction-related experience with piping, structural steel, and mechanical installation Proven experience leading crews on construction jobsites Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite logistics Ability to read drawings and perform accurate jobsite layouts Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious High attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Ability to communicate clearly and lead by example Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as project schedules require Willingness to travel for extended periods and support construction projects at various locations Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record Class A or B CDL is preferred but not required

Hourly Rate:

$28.00-33.00 Per Hour DOE.
