Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetic Clinic Assistant / Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in aesthetic treatments and patient care. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about skincare, client satisfaction, and maintaining a professional clinical environment. Candidates may bring their own clientele (preferred but not required) and should be flexible in assisting with administrative and office duties during slower periods.

Responsibilities:

Perform aesthetic treatments (facials, chemical peels, microneedling, etc.) within scope of practice Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling, answering calls, and managing appointments Support clinic operations including inventory management and restocking supplies Assist with marketing efforts (social media content, promotions, before/after photos) when needed Perform other administrative or office tasks during non-busy hours

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, med spa, or dermatology setting (REQUIRED) Valid certification/license in aesthetics, cosmetology, or related field (as applicable) Knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and safety protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to upsell treatments and products professionally Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable multitasking between clinical and administrative duties Basic computer skills (scheduling systems, EMR, or booking platforms) Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing client base (not required but a plus) Experience with advanced treatments (laser, injectables assistance, RF, etc.) Familiarity with social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Sales experience in skincare or aesthetics
