Medical Aesthetician - Med Spa

Newnan, GA Up to $27/hr + Bonus Full-Time / Part-Time McLean Aesthetics Staffing is hiring on behalf of a growing med spa in Newnan, GA seeking a skilled and client-focused Medical Aesthetician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with laser treatments and advanced skincare services, though training is available for the right motivated candidate.

Responsibilities:

Perform aesthetic treatments including Hydrafacials and other skincare services Assist with or perform laser treatments (depending on experience/licensure) Conduct client consultations and recommend customized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare treatments, products, and aftercare Deliver a warm, elevated client experience from consultation through follow-up Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records Collaborate with the team to support daily operations and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience as a Medical Aesthetician in a med spa or aesthetics setting Experience with laser treatments strongly preferred Laser license preferred, but not required (training available for the right candidate) Experience performing Hydrafacials Excellent customer service and communication skills Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and client care
