Great news, you may enjoy being a part of our team! Be a part of a growing Allergy and Asthma Practice in Clackamas and Tigard. We are looking for an outgoing, task oriented individual to join our expanding practice to work as a float between both locations and front and back office. As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office and to give our patients the best experience possible. You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. Responsibilities Organize and schedule appointments as needed Update and file medical records as needed. Provide efficient assistance to patients Administer allergy shots, spirometry testing and immunotherapy Skills Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software Quick learner Team player

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
