Job Description

OHealth Now by Dr. T is a patient-centered holistic primary care practice focused on thoughtful, relationship-based care. We are seeking a dependable, experienced Medical Assistant who values professionalism, consistency, and high-quality patient interactions. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable supporting a practice that is actively refining its systems and workflows. The right candidate helps maintain a steady, welcoming patient experience while contributing to ongoing improvement behind the scenes. What You Will Do Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories Perform venipuncture and blood draws with confidence Assist providers during exams and in-office procedures Administer injections and point-of-care testing within scope Accurately document encounters in eClinicalWorks or similar EMR Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and clinical spaces Deliver warm, respectful, patient-first care at all times What We Are Looking For Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent hands-on experience 1 to 2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred Strong phlebotomy skills required Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR strongly preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional Willingness to learn, adapt, and problem-solve Interest in holistic or integrative medicine is a plus How You Will Thrive Here Comfortable working in an evolving practice environment Able to think through challenges calmly and adjust in real time Proactive, observant, and willing to suggest better ways of doing things Focused on maintaining excellent patient experience Why This Role Is Different Predictable weekday schedule with no nights or weekends Supportive provider who values staff contributions and collaboration Relationship-based care rather than volume-driven medicine Opportunity to grow skills and take on additional responsibility over time Long-term role for the right person Compensation and Growth Compensation ranges from $21 to $26 per hour and is based on experience, clinical skill set, bilingual ability, and EMR proficiency. Skill development and performance are considered in future compensation reviews.
