Medical Assistant

Experienced Medical Assistant San Diego Women's Health is looking for a self-motivated experienced Back Office Medical Assistant. If you have a good work ethic and enjoy Women's Health, then we want you on our team. OB/GYN experience is preferred, but for the right candidate we will make a consideration. As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing clinical support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office and direct patient care assisting Physicians. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Skills Proven working experience as a medical assistant Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Certificate in Medical Assisting & BLS Certified is preferred This position is primarily at our Encinitas Clinic, but may occasionally be needed in La Jolla. Hourly wage will be based on type and years of experience.
