Medical Assistant -
Specialty Clinic Location:
Humble, Texas We are partnering with a fast-growing specialty clinic in Humble to hire a skilled Medical Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact in a practice known for advanced, patient-centered care and strong clinical outcomes.Position Details Pay:
$20-$22/hour (DOE)Employment Type:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM Location:
Humble, TX (with occasional travel to nearby clinic locations) Key Responsibilities Submit orders for home health services and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Enter and process imaging orders (X-rays) Retrieve and manage hospital records Handle prescription refill requests Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support care coordination Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (2+ years preferred) Recent experience in podiatry or wound care required Hands-on experience with: Wound care (including wound vacs and Unna boots) Casting and splinting Assisting with in-office procedures, such as: Wound debridement Toenail removal Administering local anesthesia (numbing patients) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience with EMR systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) • We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO), and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA). • As a job position within our Allied division, a successful completion of a background check may be required as a condition of employment.
