• Full-time AALFA Family Clinic is a family medical clinic in White Bear Lake.

We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our staff and assist in the care of our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of our clinic and to ensure efficient operation of our medical office. You will support doctors with a variety of tasks related to patient care. The target is to complete all activities with a friendly & positive attitude, with accuracy and high quality, in a timely manner. Responsibilities Room patients and document basic medical history Work directly with a Doctor and assist during medical examinations Assist with blood draws and vaccinations Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Help with communication between doctors and patients Skill Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Ability to work independently with in a team atmosphere Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Degree in medical assistance
