Duties Assist healthcare provider with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates. Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort. Perform clinical tasks such as administering medications under supervision. Support physicians with documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, coding diagnoses with ICD codes, and updating patient records accurately. Conduct basic life support (BLS) procedures when necessary and respond effectively to emergency situations within hospital or clinic environments. Manage patient flow efficiently by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and coordinating follow-up care. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of clinical equipment while adhering to infection control protocols in outpatient, inpatient, or trauma center settings. for this position. Proven experience in clinical environments such as hospital medicine, urgent care, or outpatient clinics. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and ICD coding for accurate documentation. Ability to perform clinical procedures such as vital signs measurement, medication administration, and specimen collection. Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); additional certifications like X-ray operation or medication administration are a preferred. Familiarity with hospital experience including Level I Trauma Center or Level II Trauma Center environments is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence across diverse populations.

Pay:
