Responsibilities:

As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in providing quality patient care Maintain and update patient records accurately in the electronic health record system (ECW) Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available Assist providers with patient calls, follow-ups, and clinical support Apply aseptic technique and universal precautions during all clinical duties Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally and promptly Provide patients with clear instructions regarding treatments, medications, and follow-up care Support daily office operations and ensure a positive patient experience Assisting physicians during examinations and medical procedures, Skills & Abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding patient care Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Proficiency with computerized systems and electronic medical records

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
