Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures, including collecting vital signs and updating medical histories Prepare exam rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for patient visits Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures Document patient information accurately in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including ICD coding and medical terminology Support patient intake processes by reviewing symptoms, updating records, and coordinating follow-up appointments Qualifications Medical assisting experience preferred but will train a self starter candiate with the willingness to learn and be a team player
