We are seeking a polished and motivated Medical Assistant & Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care while creating a seamless, concierge-level client experience from the first interaction through ongoing treatments. Duties & Key Responsibilities :
Client Experience & Front Desk Greet clients warmly, verify appointments, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience Clinical Support Assist medical providers during aesthetic and wellness treatments, including preparation and post-treatment care Prepare and reset treatment rooms to the highest cleanliness and safety standards Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Support clinical staff with daily operational tasks and ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety protocols Before and after photos Client Education & Care Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and wellness recommendations as needed Reinforce provider guidance to ensure optimal treatment outcomes and client satisfaction Create a comfortable, supportive environment where clients feel informed and cared for throughout their visit Sales & Client Retention Educate clients on services, enhancements, and series packages aligned with their goals Assist in converting new clients into repeat guests through exceptional service and follow-up Support daily sales goals, rebooking, and overall client retention initiatives Manage scheduling, confirmations, and daily appointment flow to support efficient operations Provide a polished, professional first impression while maintaining a welcoming, elevated environment Maintain a clean, organized, and visually refined front desk and reception area Experience Prior experience in aesthetics and wellness is required Experience working with EHR systems and managing patient intake processes efficiently. Proven ability to deliver outstanding patient service while supporting clinical operations in fast-paced environments.
