Friday Hours:

8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage patients and guests Manage patient flow and resolve check-in/check-out issues Answer phones and schedule appointments Perform patient care under supervision, including taking vitals and assisting with procedures Ensure documentation is accurate in EMR and maintain exam rooms Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

1 year of Ambulatory Care experience High School Diploma / GED Completion of a Medical Assistant (MA) program Medical Assistant (MA) certification Experience with EMR systems Clinically skilled in vitals and specimen collection Proficient in front desk and scheduling tasks Strong communication skills Excellent time management Team-oriented with a focus on patient care

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of Ambulatory Care experience in ambulatory care Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Gastrointestinal and/or Procedural experience Skilled in procedures like Endoscopy and Biopsies
