Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Medical Assistant to join our team. Minimum 2 years experience working in Medspa as a MA. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, is highly organized, detail oriented and is comfortable performing both administrative and clinical duties in a fast-paced medspa setting.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients with a warm and professional demeanor Perform patient booking and maintain accurate electronic charting Administer weight loss injections (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide) per provider protocol Assist providers with cosmetic procedures and treatments as needed Educate and upsell patients on available medspa services and packages Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for each patient Support front desk tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English Certified or Registered Medical Assistant Experience in aesthetic or medspa setting preferred Confident in giving injections Excellent communication and sales skills Tech-savvy and familiar with EMR systems (experience with Vagaro a plus) Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
