This is a full-time, benefitted position at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines, working Monday through Friday.

• 4:30 p.m. Thursday (1st, 3rd, and 5th weeks): 8:00 a.m.
• 4:30 p.m. Thursday (2nd and 4th weeks): 7:00 a.m.

Friday:

7:30 a.m.

• 4:00 p.

What you'll do: Rooming patients Checking vitals Assisting with procedures Clinic prep assisting with Provider specific protocols Predominantly back-office responsibilities but is expected to help with front-office duties on an as-needed basis Maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment Organizes and performs patient care services that support the physician's practice Relaying instructions from the physician to the patient or authorized person Collecting patient data in person and by phone Documenting patient concerns, messages and care provided in the electronic medical record for the physician's review Administering medications specifically directed by the physician Scheduling of appointments and procedures Complete and accurate message taking Routing messages to the appropriate area for direction Order and referral entry Acquisition of pre-certifications Setting up of cases in EPIC Basic registration and updating of demographics
