Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follows-up with insurance carriers on unpaid claims until claims are paid. Investigate denials of payments from appropriate payor source and makes appropriate contacts to work toward a payment solution. Posting insurance and patient payments. Follows-up with unpaid patient balances and collections. Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations. Maintains confidentiality of all information and complies with HIPAA regulations.
