Medical Concierge Coordinator

Part-Time | 32 Hours Weekly Hourly Pay + Bonus Structure Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine is seeking a motivated, polished, and sales-oriented Medical Concierge Receptionist to join our growing regenerative medicine practice specializing in orthopedic and musculoskeletal treatments. This role is ideal for someone who excels at patient communication, relationship-building, scheduling coordination, and converting inquiries into consultations in a high-end self-pay medical environment. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming patient calls, texts, and leads Schedule consultations and procedures Educate patients on regenerative medicine services and treatment options Discuss self-pay pricing and financing confidently Deliver an exceptional concierge-level patient experience Follow up with prospective patients and maintain strong communication Support front office operations and physician scheduling Qualifications Minimum 2 years of medical reception, concierge medicine, aesthetics, wellness, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing pricing and guiding self-pay patients Organized, professional, and detail-oriented Proven ability to build rapport and create trust quickly Compensation Competitive hourly wage Performance-based bonus opportunities Growth potential within an expanding medical practice If you are energetic, confident, and thrive in a patient-focused environment where service and sales go hand-in-hand, we would love to meet you.
