Medical Director Physician

Job description I m reaching out with an exceptional Hospitalist Medical Director opportunity on the South Carolina coast , supporting a rapidly growing Hospitalist program in a thriving beach community. This is a hospital-employed leadership role with a large, respected nonprofit health system. New grads are not eligible 5 10 years of leadership or medical director experience is required. (Please note: No J1 or H1B visas can be issued for this position.) This role is ideal for an experienced Hospitalist leader who wants to guide a high-performing team through its next phase of expansion while living minutes from the beach.

Position Highlights:

Full-time Medical Director role within an established and expanding Hospitalist department Highly supportive administration Strong and growing APP team System growth creating critical need for dedicated leadership Two-campus coastal hospital structure (155-bed and 50-bed facilities) Full-service hospital with cardiology, EP, vascular surgery, orthopedics, pulmonary, women s services, emergency care, critical care, and more New patient tower and expansion investments supporting continued growth Major expansion underway in the Carolina Forest region

Requirements:

5 10 years of Hospitalist medical director / leadership experience
